MANILA, Aug 11 — Despite looming threats of strong El Nino, East Zone concessionaire Manila Water continues to install water service connections throughout its concession area. At the end of the first half of this year, total water service connections has already reached 962,490 of which 13,260 were installed in the first half of 2015 alone.
