MANILA, Dec. 16 (PNA) – The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Service Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday downgraded Typhoon “Nona” into a severe tropical storm as it moved slowly towards the West Philippine Sea.<PAGASA, at the same time, said that tropical depression "Onyok" entered the country.
