Dr. Francis Lavapie, chairperson of the Philippine Heart Association (PHA) Council on Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), cites the importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or CPR, during the Philippine College of Physicians health forum at AnnabelĂs Restaurant in Tomas Morato, Quezon City on Tuesday (October 14, 2014).
