MANILA, May 10 (PNA) — The National Board of Canvassers (NBOC) initially canvassed a total of 29 Certificate of Canvass (COC) from cities and municipalities in the country and posts overseas absentee voting (OAV) at the start of the official counting of the votes on Tuesday at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City.
