Paulate vows to focus on benefits for children, senior citizens

MANILA, April 11 — Quezon City’s 2nd District Re-electionist Councilor Roderick Paulate said Thursday he will continue to focus on education, benefits for the children and senior citizens if he will win in the upcoming May 13 election.

“I want to continue my support for the education of the children by passing more ordinances and initiating projects that will benefit the day care children. I want also to create more packages of benefits for the welfare of the senior citizens,” Paulate said in an interview with the Philippines News Agency.

Paulate is one of 20 contenders running as councilor in the 2nd district of QC.

QC’s District II comprises Barangays Batasan Hills, Holy Spirit, Bagong Silangan, Commonwealth and Payatas.

They are Joseph Arias, Marcelo Borja, Precious Hipolito Castelo, Rosario Dadulo, Antonio Denosta, Jose Gaviola Sr., Alexander Lague, Joan Lareza, Voltaire Liban, Ranulfo Ludovica, Vicente Madero, Restituto Malangen, Napoleon Matabalan, Ramon Medalla, Olyn Therese Medina, Ginalyn Mozar, Alejandro Tarca and Alexander Tolome.(PNA)
