MANILA, Feb. 4 – The Senate unanimously passed Monday night a bill seeking to further strengthen the Anti-Money Laundering Law by expanding the list of unlawful activities and predicate crimes to include terrorism and conspiracy to commit to terrorism, bribery, malversation of public funds, forgery and counterfeiting and tax evasion.
