MANILA, Sept. 4 The Senate on Tuesday cited Prutik Guha of India-based rice importer Amira Food International and Filipino Cesar Ramirez in contempt for lying in the previous Senate inquiries into the alleged attempt to smuggle 420,000 sacks of rice from India at the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Freeport zone.
