Binay arrived from Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates aboard an Emirates Airlines flight EK332 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Saturday afternoon and announced that the Philippine government was able to secure amnesty for Filipino workers charged with minor offenses in those countries. <P>“As a result of the Kuwaiti emir’s amnesty, 79 wards at the Filipino Workers Resource Center (FWRC) with plane tickets will now be repatriated to the Philippines,” Binay said.
