MANILA, June 10 — Malacanang's transition team has formally started meeting with its counterpart on Wednesday following the proclamation of President-elect Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III.

Presidential Management Staff chief Elena Bautista-Horn, head of the Palace transition team, said they would submit a blueprint to the incoming administration, which includes a 20-page situationer on the Arroyo administration's accomplishments.

The document is titled "The Transition Team, the Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Blueprint".

She also said the list of problems that Aquino wanted to see was also included in the report.

The transition report includes a functional and operational transitional report of the bureaucracy.

"Ang list of problems, makikita sa specific agency report. Itong 20-pager na ito compiled lang natin ang important factors na gusto natin ilagay (The list of problems would be seen in the specific agency report. This 20-pager was only our compilation of important factors we wanted to include)," Bautista-Horn said in a radio interview.

She also reiterated that the outgoing administration was ready to assist the incoming administration. (PNA) V3/RMA/jmc
