BACOLOD CITY, April 19 – The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) will be in Bacolod on April 27-29 to accommodate renewal of Professional Identification Cards, processing of applications for the Nursing Licensure Examinations and the initial registration of new nurses.

Mayor Evelio Leonardia said the activity is part of the “PRC-Iloilo on-the Road Program” in coordination with the PRC-Iloilo Employees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PEMC).

The mayor said that the usual processing of these documents is being done in Iloilo City, where the agency’s regional office is based.

PRC regional director Lily Ann in a letter sent to Mayor Leonardia said that those who can avail of the services surely would be able to save much on the cost of transportation, accommodation, manpower and other incidental expenses.

Leonardia lauded the PRC and the PEMC for affording Negrense the such service. (PNA)
