MANILA, Nov. 26 Lakas-Kampi-CMD standard bearer Gilberto Gibo Teodoro Jr. said on Thursday he believes that President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has done a good job in defusing the tension caused by the cold-blooded murder of more than 50 people in Maguindanao last Monday.
