BEIRUT, Jan. 28 (PNA/Xinhua) — Leila Khamiss, a 50-year-old displaced Syrian woman, said that Syrian refugees living in tents in northern Lebanon have not received help or aid despite a current severe snow storm that has dumped mounds of snow across the mountainous areas there since Saturday.
