MANILA, Jan. 5 (PNA) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced that vehicular traffic in some streets of Manila will be rerouted on Friday, Jan. 9, in connection with the yearly procession marking the Feast of the Black Nazarene of Quiapo.
