MANILA, May 15 (PNA) — Palay and corn outputs for January to March 2015 surpassed their 2014 levels by 1.41percent and 3.97 percent, respectively, which was largely attributed to the expansion in harvest areas and improvement in yield of irrigated palay and yellow corn, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said Friday.
