President Arroyo rejoices with Filipinos over Pacquiao's victory
MANILA, Nov. 15 — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo joined the nation in rejoicing over the latest victory of Filipino pound-for-pound boxing icon Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao against Puerto Rican boxer Miguel Cotto in their welterweight title bout in Las Vegas.
