150125112351Travel time in southern Metro Manila will be reduced greatly once the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) completes the construction of the PHP15.9-billion Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Expressway project. The project has two phases — Phase II-A from Entertainment City to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2; and Phase II-B from Domestic Road to Terminal 3 at Sales Street.
