The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is reminding the public about the ongoing campaign against giving alms or gifts to children on the streets and those boarding public vehicles that endanger their safety. The DSWD has been implementing the Comprehensive Program for Street Children, Street Families and Indigenous Peoples during Christmas since 2011 to address this concern.
