Soliman (left) announces the first-ever “PaskuJuan: Salu-Salo sa Pagbabago” festival and bazaar where Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) and Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries will be showcased. It is also an opportunity for the 4Ps beneficiaries to sell their products. The event will be conducted simultaneously in all regions on November 30. For the National Capital Region, it will be held at the Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City.
