MANILA, Nov. 8 (PNA) — Malnutrition problem can be more effectively addressed if proper interventions are done from the mother's conception until the baby is two years old when the child begins to grow, according to Department of Health (DOH) Assistant Secretary Maria Bernadita T. Flores, who is the concurrent Executive Director of the National Nutrition Council (NNC).
