MANILA, Sept. 8 (PNA) — After the Sandiganbayan denied the request of former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to attend the ninth day novena mass for her late brother, Arturo dela Rosa Macapagal, she is now asking for a another four-hour furlough, this time to attend the 40th day commemoration of his brother’s death on September 19.
