150316171202Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan wants the recognition of Philippine Military Academy (PMA) graduates from Baguio City and the Province of Benguet to be institutionalized to enhance the interest of the youth to join the primary military school in the Philippines. The call for its institutionalization is supported by the Baguio City Council led by Vice mayor Edison Bilog and Lt. Col. Norberto Aromin who himself is a Baguio boy.
