MANILA, Jan. 27 — The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday expressed its condolences to the families of the policemen killed in an encounter in Mamasapano, Maguindanao on Sunday that claimed the lives of 44 members of the Philippine National Police-Special Action Force (PNP-SAF).
