Agriculture Secretary Proceso J. Fire at Agham Road in Barangay San Roque, QC

Victims of the fire that razed about 30 houses along Agham Road in Barangay San Roque, Quezon City search for whatever was left of their belongings after the blaze on Wednesday morning (Sept. 1, 2010). Commemorative stamps depicting the 25th anniversary of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Philippine Postal Corporation (PhilPost) launch the commemorative stamps depicting the 25th anniversary of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer. This happened after the DENR-Environmental Management Bureau (EMB)-Philippine Ozone Desk (POD) signed a Memorandum of Agreement on Wednesday (Sept. 1, 2010) with the PhilPost headed by Postmaster General Hector Villanueva (2nd from right) for the printing of around 49,000 stamps set to be issued in the fourth quarter of this year.
