CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela, Feb. 8 – The Department of Agriculture (DA) in Region 2 has adjudged the city of Cauayan as the Most Outstanding Agripinoy rice achiever for having produced and surpassed the minimum production per hectare of rice last year compared to other cities in the region.
