Senate President Franklin M. Drilon officially receives the first ballot box containing the certificate of canvass from San Juan City for the 2016 presidential and vice presidential elections. Drilon said all certificates of canvass will be delivered to the Senate, and will be physically transferred to the House of Representatives in Batasan Complex, Quezon City, where the canvassing will take place.Photo by ROY DOMINGO
