Lingayen son is Civil Engineering board exam topnotcher

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan, Dec. 7 — A son of Lingayen, Pangasinan brought honor and prestige not only to his family but to the entire province after finishing as a topnotcher in the board examination for civil engineers.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) approved during their regular session provincial resolution no. 1711-2015 “congratulating John Dominic Cabotaje Tomelden for being adjudged the 7th placer of the 2015 Civil Engineering Board Examination.”

Tomelden, son Felix Nicolas and Daisy Tomekden, hails from Barangay Libsong, Lingayen.

He “was a diligent student who has gained the respect and admiration of his mentors, classmates, and the stud entry of his alma mater because of his wit, innate talent, knowledge, and skills in his chosen field of expertise,” the resolution authored by second district SP member Nestor Reyes stated.

“Tomelden has undobtedly made a difference because he epitomizes the youth of today, an excellent example to his generation who aspire to become successful individuals,” it added. (PNA)
