BEIJING, March 2 — North Korea is set to reopen its border for tourism after implementing a strict quarantine against Ebola for more than four months, a travel agency said Monday.

"Pyongyang (authorities) have told us to expect confirmation that tourism will reopen soon," said Beijing-based Koryo Tours.

"The National Tourism Administration in Pyongyang contacted us this morning to let us know that there is some movement in the border policy, and we should expect confirmation later today," said the firm, which has been specializing in tours to North Korea for more than two decades. (PNA/Kyodo)
