Second AdDU Coaches' Forum set January 23

DAVAO CITY, Jan. 15 — The second Ateneo de Davao University Coaches' Forum is set on January 23 at the AdDU Grade School Conference Room in Matina.

"This is part of our advocacy to nurture the continuous education of coaches, student athletes and sports leaders in Davao and in the Mindanao area," said AdDU athletics director Noli Ayo.

There will be four topics under the theme, "Finding Your Strength in What You Do".

Talk 1 is "Finding the Strength in your Understanding Yourself More thru Strengths Finder" by Coach Mark Fleming, a sports psychologist from Virginia University.

Talk 2 is "Using Your Strengths in Coaching: Understanding More the Student-Athletes Today" by Jed Diamante, team captain of Philippine Under 16 National Football team.

Talk 3 is "Identifying The Strengths Among Us: The Power of Empowerment and Collaboration" by Coach Noli Ayo, while Talk 4 is "Sports Marketing and Its Strength to Fuel Local Sports" by SMART Sports Marketing Division Head Christopher Quimpo.

Registration fee is Php1,000 per participant inclusive of workshop shirt, workshop kit, certificate of participation and lunch.
