DSWD’s Sustainable Livelihood Program: Bridging the Gap Between Local Business and Communities

Soliman (right) says that in implementing the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), the DSWD has linked itself to private business partners who believe in the capacity of the poor people to rise from poverty by allowing them to earn a sustainable income.
