MANILA, July 6 (PNA) –Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas on Sunday lauded efforts of the PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) for the series of successful operations that led to the discovery of more than 170,000 bags of rice from several rice mills, 80,000 of which are suspected hoarded and to be repacked and mixed with other types of rice for reselling.
