MLANG, North Cotabato, Jan 5 (PNA) — Convinced by the practice of Davao City banning the use of all forms of firecrackers and pyrotechnics in welcoming Christmas and New Year, the municipal health unit here has strongly recommended the total ban of firecrackers and other pyrotechnics in celebrating the Yuletide season.
