MANILA, July 20 — The registration for the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration of the board passers for the licensure exam for foresters will be from July 30 to 31 only, the Professional Regulatory Board said on Saturday.

Passers are required to bring their Oath Form, Community Tax Certificate, one passport size picture with colored background and complete nametag, two sets of metered documentary stamps and a short brown envelope with their name and profession.

They are also going to pay an initial registration fee of P600 and annual registration fee of P450 for 2013-2016.

“Out of the 638 applicants, 189 passed the Forester Licensure Examination taken this July 2013,” the PRC said on their website.

The examinations were given by the Board for Foresters — Chair Monina T. Uniarte, Jose A. Lorenzo and Gerardo T. Cabreros — in Manila and Davao.

“The date and venue for the oath taking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later,” the PRC said. (PNA)
