COMELEC Cordillera assistant regional director and concurrently the city election registrar Redy Balarbar proclaimed the following duly elected city officials:

Nicasio Aliping, congressman; Mauricio Domogan, city mayor; Daniel Farinas, city vice mayor; and Edison Bilog, Robert Ortega, Lourdes Tabanda, Isabelo Cosalan, Leandro Yangot, Elmer Datuin, Richard Carino, Faustino Olowan, Joel Alangsab, Elaine Sembrano, Peter Fianza and Fred Bagbagen, city councilors.

Balarbar explained the unaccounted more than 1,000 votes here from two precincts including that of the 638 registered voters on Barangay Lualhati who failed to cast their votes Monday when the intended ballots were sent instead to Compostela Valley in Mindanao "will no longer affect the votes garnered by these respective candidates".(PNA)
