MANILA, April 15 – Amid reports of minors committing even heinous crimes, Team PNoy senatorial candidate Edgardo “Sonny” Angara on Monday urged parents to be mindful of what their young children are watching by reducing their exposure to onscreen violence and poor quality shows.

Angara, a father of three, said he believed that changing a young child’s viewing habits at home can lead to improved behavior.
