MANILA, Jan. 14 — Justice Secretary Leila M. De Lima Monday said the P2-million reward from Malacañang will help in the immediate arrest of the suspect in the death of 7-year old Stephanie Nicole Ella.

However, De Lima said although the National Bureau of Investigation has identified the possible suspect who fired the gun, however, they cannot file the case yet because the firearm used has not yet been recovered.

Stephanie Nicole died after she was hit by a stray bullet during the New Year's Eve revelry in their residence in Caloocan City.

The Caloocan City police has filed criminal charges against the four suspects who were earlier identified as those who may have been involved in the death of the victim. (PNA)
