MANILA, Nov. 27 — The Bureau of Immigration issued a "lookout bulletin" on Tuesday against Pagadian City Mayor Samuel Co and 11 others who were allegedly involved in the pyramiding scam committed by the Coco Rasuman Group.

The BI is an attached agency of the Department of Justice.

BI Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. ordered all immigration officers to monitor the suspects once they try to leave the Philippines through any international airport or seaport nationwide.

The BI issued the lookout bulletin in compliance with the directive of DOJ Secretary Leila M. De Lima.

Last week, the BI also issued a lookout bulletin against 40 individuals who were also being linked to the Aman Futures Group Philippines Inc. pyramiding scam.

According to David, Co was included in the lookout list because of his alleged involvement in the Aman Futures which operated in Pagadian City and victimized thousands of individuals in the Visayas and Mindanao. (PNA)
