COTABATO CITY, Nov. 24 -– Another suspect in the Maguindanao massacre was arrested by police in a remote village in North Cotabato, police said Saturday.

Reports released by the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (CIDG-ARMM) said Bong Andal, 38, was arrested in a safe house in Barangay Masdal, Midsayap, North Cotabato at about 9 a.m.
