Six domestic flights cancelled due to bad weather

MANILA, Oct. 28 – Cebu Pacific Airlines and AirPhilippines Express cancelled on Sunday their respective flights to and from Tuguegarao due to inclement weather.

According to the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) media affairs office, Cebu Pacific cancelled its two morning flights 5J 508 and 504 to Tuguegarao as well as the return flights 5J 509 and 505.

AirPhils also cancelled its morning flight 2P 014 bound to Tuguegarao and return flight 2P 015.

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) earlier said the northeast monsoon or "amihan" would bring light rains over extreme Northern Luzon.

Last week, at least 40 flights have been cancelled due to tropical storm ‘Ofel’. (PNA)
