The northbound and southbound lanes of the Quezon Ave. underpass in Quezon City is almost 75 percent complete as of July 28, 2012. The four-lane underpass, part of the Quezon Ave.-Araneta Ave. interchange project, is expected to be completed by August, according to Cesar del Prado, the contractor’s safety and traffic engineer.
