MANILA, July 13 – Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Voltaire Gazmin on Friday ordered the Armed Forces of the Philippines' Western Command to investigate reports that a Chinese frigate is now grounded at Halfmoon Shoal (Hasa-Hasa) which is the southeastern edge of the Spratly Islands.
