ILOILO CITY, March 15 – Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor, Sr. has confirmed that he will seek reelection this coming 2013 and that he and Iloilo fourth district Cong. Ferjenil Biron will not have a chance of parting ways.

“I will run for governor this coming election,” Gov. Defensor confirmed.

The governor said that so far there is yet no showing that he and the last termer congressman of Iloilo fourth district will clash for gubernatorial election this 2013.

Cong. Biron, in his interview with the media yesterday, said that he would not deny the fact that he is also dreaming to become governor of Iloilo just like everyone. He said that his inclination is different from actually deciding to run for governor.

The congressman also said that he and Gov. Defensor are still together and whatever decision he will make in the succeeding days will be for the best of Iloilo province. (PNA)
