MANILA, Feb. 17 — Provincial roads of the provinces of Aklan, Davao del Norte and Lanao del Norte are the three latest recipients of Australia’s road management aid, with the launching on Thursday of the “Provincial Road Management Facility” by Australian Ambassador to the Philippines Bill Tweddell and Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo.
