President Aquino undrapes the logo of EXL Service Philippines at Mall of Asia Complex

President Benigno S. Aquino III, assisted by DTI Undersecretary Cristino Panlilio, EXL CEO Rohit Kapoor, EXL Service Philippines SVP & Country Head Jaideep Pradhan and EXL Service Philippines Executive Sponsor & Chief Strategy Officer Rembert de Villa, undrapes the logo to signal the opening of the EXL Service Philippines Site II during the inauguration Ceremony at the 12th Floor 2 E-Com Building, Palm Coast Avenue, Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City on Wednesday (January 11). EXL Service Holdings, Inc., a leading global provider of BPO and transformation services based in New York, launched its additional facility to support its growth in the Philippines and to deliver highly-complex operations in insurance and healthcare, customer service, finance and accounting and legal support services. With the new site, EXL is positioned as a new frontrunner in the local industry, as the region continues to expand its outsourcing services and solidify its position as one of the world’s top BPO destinations. The facility is expected to create 1,000 high-level jobs in the rapidly growing BPO industry.
