MANILA, Nov. 25 – Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse M. Robredo Friday directed officials of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP)-Firearms and Explosives Division (FED) to inspect all firecrackers and pyrotechnics manufacturers’ stores and plants in the country, particularly in Bulacan in time for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
