MANILA, Nov. 16 -– Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)’s Intellectual Property Rights Division have confiscated an estimated P1 million worth of “North Face” bags during a raid in Binondo, Manila early this week.

Charges of Trademark Infringement under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines or Republic Act 8293 are being prepared against the owners of the raided establishments. (PNA)
