PNP-ARMM starts accepting lateral entry police officers

COTABATO CITY, June 1 — The Police Regional Office in the Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (PRO-ARMM) is now accepting folders of applicants for the Lateral Entry Program CY 2011 for Line Officers who are passers of the criminology board examination for screening and evaluation.

SPO3 Merlie Glemao, promotions officer of PRO-ARMM, said the applicants should attached to their folders the mandatory requirements needed such as Civil Service PDS (revised 2005), updated service record, eligibility, transcript of records, diploma, birth certificates and highest mandatory trainings.

Glemao said the required documents include the latest results of written examination and medical tests, and local clearances such as Barangay, Police, Mayor, Fiscal/Court, MTC, NAPOLCOM and NBI clearances and a signed Undertaking of Non-Pending Case.

“All documents to be submitted by the applicants should be contained in a white folder with white tabbing and should be duly authenticated by the issuing agency or office,” Glemao said.

Glemao added that the applicants are advised to personally bring and submit the requirements and inquire further at the Promotion Section of Regional Human Resource Development Division, Regional Headquarters at Camp SK Pendatun, Parang Maguindanao. (PNA)
