157 pass police officers exams

MANILA, March 14 – The Philippine National Police- Directorate for Personnel and Records Management (PNP-DPRM) announced Monday the results of the Police Executive Service Eligibility Examination (Written Phase) given by the National Police Commission (Napolcom) on December 5, 2010 in three test centers in the country.

A total of 157 or 47.86 percent of the 328 applicants passed the test conducted in Makati City (for the National Capital Region), Cebu City and Davao City, DPRM Director Jaime E. Milla said.

The successful examinees comprised 20 senior superintendents and 137 superintendents who were able to hurdle six categories in Executive Emotional Quotient, Multi-factor Leadership Quotient, Job Knowledge, Communication Skills, Level of Moral Development, and Creative Development Management.

Milla said the Napolcom has informed all the PESE-Written Phase Examination passers to get ready for the Validation Interview to be handled by a panel of interviewers scheduled on March 19 and 20, 2011 at the Napolcom Central Office, located at 371 Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City.

Successful examinees in the Interview Phase shall be conferred the Police Executive Service Eligibility, a requirement for promotion to the third level ranks of police senior superintendent, chief superintendent, police director, police deputy director general and police director general. (PNA)

    why there is no list of successful examinees for PESE exam taken last December 5, 2010 for us to see the lucky examinees, like those in the past that where published, thanks
