(Metro News) QC cops, MPs disperse rallyists at Camp Aguinaldo

MANILA, Feb. 5 – A group of rallyists who pelted rotten tomatoes at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City were dispersed on Saturday by anti-riot policemen of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) and military police (MP) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

The rallyists belonging to Kadamay were airing their sentiments to the AFP leadership to expedite the investigation of alleged send-off money scandal involving former top military officials.

The incident happened at past 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Boni Serrano Ave. gate in Murphy, Quezon City.

Camp Aguinaldo is the military headquarters of the AFP. It is located along Epifanio delos Santos Ave. (EDSA), in front of Camp Crame, the national headquarters of the Philippine National Police. (PNA)
