Update: Red Cross Undas 2010 Operations serves 960 persons

MANILA, Nov. 1 – The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) said Monday afternoon it has served 960 persons as the nation observes All Saints Day based on reports gathered by the PRC Operation Center from PRC chapters that put up first aid stations across the country.

PRC performed blood pressure check up for 691 persons, treated 51 persons with minor wounds, assisted 285 persons, including senior citizens, mostly due to fever and dizziness.

PRC ambulance service also transported five persons to hospitals for further medical treatment. (PNA) vcs/JCA
