MANILA, Oct. 25 — In two hours, most of the 335,384 precincts nationwide in 42,025 barangays of the country shall have closed voting for 42,025 barangay chairmen and 294,175 “kagawad” or councilmen in today’s triennial local elections at the lowest level of governance.
